Our order and delivery process can sometimes take 24 to 72 hours to process. Most orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Time. Weekend orders, in most cases will be processed the following Monday and subject to the same 24 to 72 hours of processing. Orders requiring delivery via USPS is estimated to be 5 to 7 business days.

Correctional Facilities Deliveries
EZ Twist Tennis Ball Retriever (a business of Christian Development Company, LLC) is not responsible for the delivery of packages to correctional facilities. We will make every attempt to follow the mailing instructions provided by our customers, but we will not issue a refund for orders that do not reach their stated destinations. Therefore, if you wish to mail a package to someone in a correctional facility you do so at your own risk and expense.
